I did a quick tour of Crist's gubernatorial campaign web site,
www.charliecrist.com. Crist may be a law-and-order candidate, but his
site does a shoddy job of email etiquette. I describe some of my
findings, which include broken unsubscribe links, lack of closed-loop
verification, and a dead "info" account, on my blog:
