Politech is the oldest Internet resource devoted to politics and technology. Launched in 1994 by Declan McCullagh, the mailing list has chronicled the growing intersection of law, culture, technology, and politics. Since 2000, so has the Politech web site.
Alleged psychic Uri Geller sues, is sued over YouTube video clip
The Electronic Frontier Foundation has filed a lawsuit against "psychic"
Uri Geller after Geller filed a DMCA YouTube takedown notice over a
video clip that lasted a few seconds:

But there's a second lawsuit afoot. Geller also sued a skeptic over the
same video, claiming copyright infringement:
