Politech is the oldest Internet resource devoted to politics and
technology. Launched in 1994 by Declan

Declan,
Though the debate may be old and tired, it's surely helpful and of interest
to review new data that informs discussion of the flaws of Internet
filtering programs. In this context, I think you & your readers may
interested in the expert report I recently finished for the ACLU's challenge
to the Children's Internet Protection Act. This work includes an original
list of some 6000+ sites blocked by four Internet filtering programs that,
by and large, fail to meet the category definitions of these programs.
