Now he has proposed several modifications, the purpose of which is to make 'criminal intent' a part of the prohibition on concealing such things as IP address, etc. If the text is approved, those of use who use NAT, VPN, proxy and Internet Connection Sharing will be able to sleep at night, knowing that we no longer will be at risk of lawmakers run amok -- at least in Colorado.
